Mrs. Land said the one-week annual event brought students from across the West Tennessee region. There were also sessions and exhibitor booths for teachers while students were in rehearsals.

There were two junior high bands and four senior high bands. Mrs. Land was the co-chair of the junior high blue band.  She said over 1,000 students audition at All West each year.
